These terms apply to the products and services sold by Gamma in Laval, Quebec.

What we sell
Custom computers and parts, computer repair, web hosting, and email hosting. All prices are in Canadian dollars, before GST and QST.
Quotes and orders
A quote is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it in writing. If a part becomes unavailable, we offer an equivalent alternative or refund what you paid.
Payment
Interac e-transfer or cash. Payment is due before pickup unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Pickup
We do not ship. Orders are picked up in Laval, Quebec, H7W 1A4, by appointment. Meet-ups in Saint-Laurent or near the Universite de Montreal can be arranged by appointment. Please bring your order confirmation.
Repairs
Back up your data before you hand over a device. We are not responsible for data loss. We confirm the price with you before starting work, and again before ordering parts. A repair may reveal further faults; we contact you before doing anything that changes the agreed price.
Warranty
New parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass on to you. Our own workmanship warranty is stated on your invoice. Used and refurbished items are sold as described in the listing. Damage caused after pickup, liquid damage, and software problems caused by the user or by third party software are not covered.
Hosting and email
Hosting and email are billed in advance. We work to keep the service available at all times but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may suspend an account that sends spam, hosts illegal content, or is used to attack other systems.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Disputes go to the courts of the district of Laval.
