Gamma is a computer shop and IT services business in Laval, Quebec. This page explains what we do with personal information collected on gamma-inc.ca.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
- Quotes and orders: the details you send us by email or Messenger, such as your name, contact details, the device or service you need, and any pickup arrangements.
- Correspondence: the emails and messages we exchange about your order.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, and pages requested. Kept for 30 days to detect abuse and fix errors.
We do not take card payments on this site, so no card numbers are collected here.
Accounts in our invoicing app are covered by a separate policy at invoices.gamma-inc.ca/privacy.html.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to run WordPress, such as your session and your language preference. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, and no social media pixels.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider and our email provider process this data on our behalf, under their own security obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose it only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an order: 24 months.
- Orders and invoices: 6 years, as required for tax records.
- Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to info@gamma-inc.ca and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’acces a l’information du Quebec.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
